ABOUT MONICA

Monica is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Barry University. She has a degree in Communications and a minor in languages. She is a former television news anchor for the largest Spanish US networks, Univision and Telemundo.

After her varied and successful career on television, traveling and networking with different personalities, real estate became the perfect fit. For over 10 years she has dedicated her time, knowledge, assets and skills on a full time basis to this rewarding field.

She is a broker associate that holds the prestigious CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and is a Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist as well. Ms. Azpurua has also received many awards for her work with charities. A portion of each closed transaction is donated to St. Jude Children's Hosptital and Smile Train to keep helping children around the globe.

He is an individual that loves to work with people as much as he likes to be in the outdoors. His passion has always been to train thoroughbred race horses.

In the thoroughbred business, you work outside to bring the thoroughbred and jockey together as a team. Much like their real estate business, their professional team brings buyers and sellers to work together for a common goal.

Leo has brought, among other assets, his undergraduate degree in Business Administration to the team and he is applyiing his degree in Marketing to this ever-changing real estate market. To keep pace with the changes in the market, Leo believes that continuing education is the key. Working together as a team has brought many achievements to our group, including being ranked among the top 5% of South Florida's real estate teams.
